RULES
1. By taking part in this competition, participant confirms that their entry complies with the registration criteria below and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") in full.
2. About Registration:
(a) The following registration criteria apply to this competition:
· The competition is open to individuals living in Singapore aged 7 years old and above at the date on which they enter the competition.
· Participants must form a team of 1 to 5 members to take part in either Junior or Open Category. The age of all the team members for the Junior and Open must be from 7 to 12 years old and 13 years old and above respectively.
· Participants under the age of 18 must obtain parent/guardian’s consent to take part in the competition.
(b) Registration to take part in the competition opens at 9:00am (SGT) on Monday, 9th October 2023 and closes at 11:59pm (SGT) on Friday, 10th November 2023 (the “Period"). Registration received outside the Period will not be eligible to take part in the competition.
3. About Final Project Submission:
(a) Participants must submit a written entry and a 3-5 minute video before 11:59pm, 17th November 2023.
(b) Submission must be made via the website:

(c) Entries may be submitted by either individuals or teams. Teams may be made up of a maximum of five (5) team members. References in these Terms to "entrant" means: (a) if the entry is submitted by an individual, that individual; and (b) if the entry is submitted on behalf of a team, each member of that team.
(d) The submission must be the original work of the participants and must not infringe the rights of any other party. The organiser accepts no liability if participants ignore these rules.
(e) Submissions must not contain illegal, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or any other unsuitable materials. Work must not be intended to, or likely to cause offence, or be intended as campaigning material for example with regard to political lobbying or religious matters. The organiser will decide what may cause offence in its sole discretion. The decision of the organiser is final in this matter.
(f) Participants retain the copyright in their original work but grant to the organiser a perpetual non-exclusive royalty-free licence to use their submissions across all media, including online platforms. For the avoidance of doubt, no fees or expenses will be paid for the creation of any part of the submissions.
(g) By submitting an entry and any accompanying photographs and videos, you consent to allow the organiser to use your submission online and for marketing purposes, including on social media, for the duration of the competition and beyond.
